Our Offerings
At Helgafell we offer various holistic practices for both individual or group sessions. We can create tailored wellness experiences for smaller groups, wether it be for a full immersive retreat with overnight stay in our facilities or a shorter experience, from 2-3 hours to a full day of indulging in yoga, massage and relaxation together with friends, family or collegues.
